3. Account Registration

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking completion.

4.3 Payment

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days of travel are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

5.2 Cancellation by Let’s Go Travel
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or operational issues, we reserve the right to cancel bookings and will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits. Let’s Go Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to inadequate documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Let’s Go Travel does not provide travel insurance and is not liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let’s Go Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party service providers.
  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss during travel.
  • Disruptions caused by force majeure events beyond our control.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
